1. Description of services
ShelfForge Studio offers design, prototyping, and rollout services for retail display systems, with a primary focus on consumer packaged goods. Engagements are governed by an individual statement of work setting out scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables. This User Agreement covers the general use of browse-coreportal.one and the framework relationship between ShelfForge Studio and the organisations we work with.
2. Intellectual property
On full payment of fees due under a statement of work, the rights to designs developed exclusively for your engagement transfer to your organisation, with retained moral rights for our team and the right to include the work in our portfolio in non-confidential form. Pre-existing studio methods, generic structural patterns, and our internal toolkits remain our property and may be reused on other engagements without restriction.
3. Acceptance of these terms
By using browse-coreportal.one or by entering into a statement of work with ShelfForge Studio, you accept these terms as the framework relationship document. Where a statement of work conflicts with these terms on a project-specific point, the statement of work governs that point. Where it is silent, these terms apply.
4. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from or relating to use of the site or to engagements with ShelfForge Studio are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
5. Termination of engagements
Either party may terminate an engagement under the cancellation policy. Termination of access to browse-coreportal.one — for example, restriction of contact form usage — may occur where we observe abusive automated submissions, attempted intrusion, or other activity that disrupts the site. We aim to give notice where the activity appears unintentional.
6. Your obligations
When using browse-coreportal.one, you agree not to attempt to access systems or data you are not entitled to, not to interfere with the site's operation, and to provide accurate information when contacting us. When engaging us on a project, you agree to share the materials we need to do the work, to make decisions within reasonable timeframes, and to settle invoices on the terms set out in your statement of work.
7. Liability
ShelfForge Studio's total aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the engagement giving rise to the claim, excluding indirect, consequential, and special damages, except in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where applicable law does not permit such limitation. The site is provided "as available"; we do not commit to specific uptime targets for browse-coreportal.one as a public-facing brochure property.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where they affect existing engagements, communicated to active client contacts. Continued use of browse-coreportal.one after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Past statements of work are not retroactively amended by changes to this page.
