The ShelfForge Studio building exterior

Junior Structural Designer

Seoul (in-studio) • Full-time

Apply

Work alongside our Senior Structural Designer on endcap and floor-stand engineering. You will own component drawings, run prototype reviews, and learn how a brief becomes a fixture that ships.

What we are looking for

  • One to three years in industrial, product, or fixture design
  • Confident with Rhino, Fusion 360, or Solidworks
  • Comfortable presenting work to clients and accepting honest critique
  • Reading-level English; working Korean preferred

What we offer

  • Workshop access and a dedicated bench
  • Annual learning budget for materials and tooling courses
  • Quarterly studio visits to vendor floors and partner stores

3D Visualization Artist (mid-level)

Seoul or hybrid • Full-time

Apply

Build the rendered walkthroughs that buyers sign off on. You will work closely with the Creative Director and Retail Strategy Lead, owning the visualisation pipeline from lighting to final boards.

What we are looking for

  • Three or more years in architectural or product visualisation
  • Strong with Cinema 4D / Blender + Octane or equivalent
  • Good sense of warm, photographic lighting (we are not a chrome studio)
  • Reading-level English

What we offer

  • Hybrid working pattern (three days in-studio)
  • Hardware budget — workstation refreshed every two years
  • Optional rotation onto on-site installs to see how renders meet reality

Production Coordinator

Seoul (in-studio) • Full-time

Apply

Support our Production Coordinator across overlapping launches. You will track materials, vendor schedules, and shipping windows so prototypes and rollouts land on time.

What we are looking for

  • Two or more years in CPG, retail fixture, or print production coordination
  • Comfortable speaking with vendors in Korean; English on the team is daily
  • Calm under deadline pressure; honest about timeline risk
  • Driving licence preferred for occasional vendor visits

What we offer

  • Direct mentorship from senior production coordinator
  • Travel days to vendor sites across Gyeonggi and Incheon
  • Studio lunch on Wednesdays — the unmoved tradition

Client Success Lead (senior)

Seoul (in-studio, occasional travel) • Full-time

Apply

Own the engagement rhythm for our larger clients. Weekly walkthroughs, decision logs, post-launch debriefs. You will be the studio voice clients hear most often.

What we are looking for

  • Five or more years in account management or client success in agency or retail-facing roles
  • Strong written communication in English; reading Korean is a plus
  • Track record of holding tough conversations early so projects do not derail
  • Comfortable saying no when scope drifts

What we offer

  • Senior-level autonomy on engagement design
  • Quarterly client travel inside Korea and Northeast Asia
  • Annual coaching budget for personal development
