Retail displays — the working brief

Retail Displays That Move Shoppers at First Glance.

Most aisle decisions happen in three seconds. The shoppers do not study a fixture — they recognise it or they do not. This page is a working brief on how we plan, prototype, and ship displays that earn the second glance, with three featured concepts, a five-stage workflow, and the launches that came out the other side.

Process and prototype workflow

Five stages — written down so nothing drifts.

Below is the actual operating rhythm. We share the same diagram with clients during the first working session.

    Walk the shelf

A working session in your highest-priority store with the trade marketing team and one of our retail strategy leads. Forty-five minutes on the floor, forty-five minutes around a table.

  2. 02
    Concept

    Three rendered directions

Within ten business days you receive three structured display directions — drawings, materials, channel fit, ballpark cost. We rank them honestly and tell you which one we would build first.

  3. 03
    Prototype

    Workshop build

We prototype the chosen direction in our Seoul workshop. You walk it before any production decision is locked. Notes from the walk feed directly into the production drawings.

  4. 04
    Roll

    Buyer-ready packs

Sign-off pack goes to the category buyer. We provide install briefings for store teams, freight schedules, and a damage-replacement protocol from our Incheon stockroom.

  5. 05
    Reflect

    Post-launch debrief

Six weeks after launch we hold an honest debrief — what worked, what would change for the next campaign cycle, and what the structure can carry into version two.

Retail launch success stories

Three launches and what came out the other side.

96 hypermarket locations

Han River Beverage Co. launched a premium ready-to-drink range with the Lantern Endcap System. Two header swaps were made in-flight by store teams, each under ten minutes per unit. The fixture stayed structurally sound across the full launch window without replacement crates.

A one-night specialty retail wall reset that used to take four nights

1 night down from four

BlueRiver Group replaced a fixed wall fixture with the Atrium Modular Wall, supporting four brand stories from a single 4800 mm structure. Reset time dropped from four nights to one; cost recovery on labour alone landed inside two campaign cycles.

240 Solstice plinths shipped across stores for a single Chuseok rollout day

240 plinths in one rollout day

Saemaeul Snacks moved their gifting deployment to honeycomb kraft plinths with regionalised graphic wraps. Two damaged in transit out of 240, both replaced within a week. Teardown produced no mixed waste.
